Sagar is a co-founder of the company and comes with 19 years experience in the field of business events, conferences and training workshops.He was previously engaged with Marcus Evans, UBM India, ITP Publishing Group, Terrapinn & Aventedge before establishing Inventicon’s India and Singapore entities in November 2014.

Sagar drives the overall business strategy for the company which includes marketing automation and sales process development. Sagar is based out of the Mumbai office.

Sheeba is a co-founder of the company with over 15 years experience in the industry. She was previously engaged with Marcus Evans, Times of India & Clarion Events in sales as well as operational roles.

Sheeba is responsible to supervise overall business operations including vendor management, list research and event management. Sheeba is based out of the Mumbai office.

Pallavi with her 17 years of experience, majority of which is within the conference industry, leads the content development portfolio for the company and manages a team of conference producers to roll out function and industry specific conferences in the region.

She was previously the divisional head of production at Fleming Gulf Conferences and was involved in producing events in the international markets. Pallavi is based out of the Pune office.

Karan started his career with Marcus Evans in year 2008 and since then worked with UBM India, Terrapinn, ITP Publishing & Fleming Gulf conferences in delegate and sponsorship sales / management roles.

With his overall industry experience of 14 years, he drives the delegate and sponsorship sales managers in Inventicon and is responsible for majority of revenue targets for the company. Karan is based out of the Mumbai office.

Pallavi comes from an operations background with organisations like WNS Global, ITP Publishing and a total experience of close to 16 years.

She is structuring the MarCom process for Inventicon by driving a team of marketing & operations executives to ensure exposure and visibility for the company’s events and the overall brand. She is also involved with onsite execution of events and vendor management. Pallavi is based out of the Mumbai office.

Rohit is the brain behind Inventicon’s financial systems and processes and leads this function effectively by managing the books of accounts of various entities as well as regularly upgrading the business process in terms of financial accounting & reporting. He is also involved with the legal and compliance related areas for the company. Rohit is based out of the Mumbai office.
